A good job always starts with a decent inspection. Usually it is required that we visit your property and take time to see, test and discuss what's going on.
Sometimes this can be done via photos you send us of course. The result is a decent report that outlines the problem/s, our recommended actions including estimated labour and material cost, an idea of timescale and any other aspects to be considered (scaffold, skip hire, building regulations/permissions etc). This report will act as your estimate of work and allow you to make an informed decision to book us to get the job done!
We charge fair prices
There is a charge for this service but we are pleased to refund this cost if you go ahead and complete the works as we outline.
